Continuing to build on the fundamental alignment and theory of yoga, working with a variety of postures, breathing techniques, and meditation in motion to deepen your practice. This class is geared towards students who have taken "Yoga for Beginners" or who have experienced 5 or more yoga classes previously. Perfect for anyone who is coming back to the practice, or wants to learn more about the philosophy behind the movements! Please bring a mat, block and strap to class. Charlotte Powell has been practicing and teaching yoga since 2000, with extensive time spent in formal study in India. On Campus.
