Bobbi Dykema began learning to cook at the age of ten. She is a passionate foodie and environmentalist who believes that the intersection between the two is a fruitful (pun intended) avenue for transformation. She has been honing her craft as a gourmet home cook, farmers' market shopper, and environmental advocate for most of her adult life. Bobbi is in the process of crafting a cookbook and seasonal eating guide entitled A Vegetable Lectionary. She also holds a PhD in Art and Religion from the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, and is a published poet and Reformation and Mary Magdalene scholar.
