Michela Tartaglia has been teaching cooking classes since 2009 in the Seattle area and she offers her expertise and her passion in sharing her knowledge of Italian food and culture.
The purpose of her classes is to share the knowledge of authentic Italian food and clarify some notions and stereotypes often related to Italian cooking.
She has also worked as Italian Language Instructor for the past few years at Bellevue College, Dante Alighieri Institute and Rosetta Stone.
