Since the year 2000, I have worked full time as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. My education includes a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Washington obtained in 1996, followed by completion of Loma Linda University's Respiratory Therapy program in 1998. My profound love of fitness combined with my knowledge and background in the biological sciences, has created not only a pastime, but an occupation in helping others improve their strength, conditioning, and body composition, while showcasing my physical achievements through natural bodybuilding competitions. After many years of competing in Amateur Natural Bodybuilding shows sponsored by the NANBF, I earned my professional card with the IFPA (International Federation of Physique Athletes) in 2013. If I'm not working as an RRT, I free-lance my personal training services all over King county, while training concurrently for my next professional competition. I'm in the process of building my own personal training studio to help others improve their health and well-being through fitness and exercise, using the knowledge I've gained over many years working with some of the biggest names in Natural bodybuilding.
