In addition completed operations coverage shall be required to be carried for three years post project completion.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n3) Automotive Liability: The Applicant shall carry automotive liability insurance covering all motor vehicles, including hired and non\u2010owned coverage, used in connection with the Agreement. Limits of coverage shall not be less than $5,000,000 combined single limit and shall include the MCS\u201090 endorsement.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n4) Umbrella or Excess Liability: The Applicant shall carry umbrella or excess liability insurance covering over the underlying general and automotive liability policies. Coverage shall be on an occurrence form and limits shall not be less than $1,000,000 per occurrence\/$5,000,000 general aggregate unless higher limits are required by the State of Vermont.<br \/>\nVermont Automated Vehicle Testing Permit Guidance October 15, 2020 VTrans Policy, Planning and Research<br \/>\n<br \/>\n5) Additional Insured. The General Liability, Auto Liability, Property Damage, and Umbrella\/Excess coverages required for performance of this Agreement shall include the State of Vermont and its agencies, departments, officers and employees, and officers and employees of municipalities that have pre\u2010approved testing, as Additional Insureds.
