Clinical events with change-of-state in chest x-ray sentences Download
This corpus includes 1008 sentences extracted from 1344 de-identified chest x-ray notes. Each sentence has been annotated for clinical events defined with 5 entities including (1) loc—anatomical location, (2) attr—attribute of the location, (3) val—possible value for the attribute, (4) cos—change-of-state for the attribute, and (5) ref—a link to the reports that the chance of state is compared to.
