Clinical events with change-of-state in chest x-ray sentences <a href="data/corpora/files/events-COS-corpus.zip"><u>Download</u></a> 
This corpus includes 1008 sentences extracted from 1344 de-identified chest x-ray notes. Each sentence has been annotated for clinical events defined with 5 entities including (1) <span class="tag">loc</span>—anatomical location, (2) <span class="tag">attr</span>—attribute of the location, (3) <span class="tag">val</span>—possible value for the attribute, (4) <span class="tag">cos</span>—change-of-state for the attribute, and (5) <span class="tag">ref</span>—a link to the reports that the chance of state is compared to.
