Online Mindfulness Classes

Online Class Calendar

We created a calendar of live online mindfulness classes, ranging from yoga and guided meditation to brief family mindfulness sessions. All of the sessions are free. While we selected events hosted by organizations whose work is well-respected, we have not specifically reviewed individual classes and instructors. We will periodically update the calendar with events through the end of May 2020.  We hope these offerings support your well-being.
