2024 Earth and Space Sciences Graduation Celebration!

Please contact ESS Student services (essadv@uw.edu) with any questions or concerns. Students will need to RSVP directly to our department via a survey that was sent out to all ESS Undergraduate students on April 11. 

We are asking all graduating students to fill out this Google Form to help us plan for graduation and celebrate you in-person and online! This ceremony will include students graduating anytime between Autumn Quarter 2023 and Summer Quarter 2024.

Important pieces of information:

• This survey is for the ESS event, NOT the UW-wide event in Husky stadium.
• This is NOT  a graduation application. If you are planning to graduate and haven’t filled out a graduation application yet, reach out to M Pritchard (chaelan@uw.edu) ASAP.
• This survey is for us to see how many people we should expect at the event.
  
  • We will initially have a limited number of guests per each participant (maximum of 4). If you would like to bring additional guests, please indicate when you fill out the form and we will allow additional guests on a space available basis. We will know how many spaces area available in mid-May.
  • Fill out this survey by Monday, May 6th to ensure spaces for your guests.
• Even if you are not attending the in-person event, please fill out this survey and include any information you would like to have featured on the ESS graduation website!
• There will be an opportunity to upload photos for the ESS graduation slideshow in the survey as well.
