Read what our staff has to say in the <em>AEA 365: A Tip-A-Day By and For Evaluators<\/em> blog post, \u201cCentering Equity in a University-Based Center.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>CERSE Director Elizabeth Litzler, Associate Director Erin Carll, and Senior Research Scientist Emily Knaphus-Soran contributed to the AEA 365 blog. In it, we acknowledge equity requires ongoing learning and practice and emphasize responding to issues of inequity, critically assessing institutional policies, and continuous reflection on our positionalities and biases. We share specific examples of practicing equity in how we conduct evaluation and our day-to-day operations \u2013 for example, sharing data with the participants who provide it and including CERSE\u2019s student researchers in administrative decision-making when possible \u2013 as well as next steps for deepening this work.
