The Vertex CF Research Innovation Awards\u00a0(CF RIA)<\/strong> support and inspire the next generation of researchers who are advancing the understanding of cystic fibrosis.<\/p>\n

Awardees will be selected by an independent Steering Committee of expert clinicians and research scientists.<\/p>\n

Applications will be accepted from candidates in the US, Canada, Europe*, and Israel.<\/p>\n

INDEPENDENT RESEARCH INNOVATION AWARD<\/strong>
\nUp to two grants of $750,000 are available to newly independent researchers conducting an independent research program over three years.<\/p>\n

MENTORED RESEARCH INNOVATION AWARD<\/strong>
\nUp to four grants of $125,000 are available to junior investigators conducting
\na two-year mentored research project.<\/p>\n
