It is possible that the warmer than usual room temperature in the lab could have led to overheating of one of the circuit boards in the lock system leading to the sporadic instability reported.\u00a0 We have notified physical plant about the A\/C issue.<\/p>\n<p>We will\u00a0 try to catch the system when the malfunction occurs on a user&#8217;s sample and test it immediately on standards to ascertain facts.
