NMR ACCESS AND BAGLEY ELECTRICAL SHUT DOWN ON 29TH OCT &#8217;17"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>TO ALL NMR FACILITY USERS &#8211; PLEASE READ !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I am sure all of you have seen the announcement from Erik Strakbein about the Bagley Hall Electrical Shutdown that is scheduled over coming weekend.<\/p>\n<p>In anticipation, we will be preemptively shutting down <strong>ALL the NMR SYSTEMS<\/strong> before the electrical outage happens.\u00a0 According to current plans, we will shut down the NMR facility by late evening of <strong>Friday, 27th October &#8217;17.\u00a0<\/strong> As per estimates, the electrical service operation will last until late evening of Sunday the 29th. So, we will revive all the systems on <strong>Monday morning, 30th of October<\/strong> as quickly as we can.\u00a0 But, we can anticipate that it will be at least noon, before all the NMR systems and other support operations such as reservation servers, etc. are online.<\/p>\n<p>Further updates, if any, will be forthcoming as and when needed.
