AV500 &#8211; SYSTEM MALFUNCTION"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>One of the RF channels is down.\u00a0<\/strong> The consequence of this is as follows :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2H NMR will not be functional now.<\/li>\n<li>Topshim 1D on all deuterated solvents will not work.\u00a0 This implies that you have to touch up the shims by hand before you proced.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Steps taken :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We will try to revive the board in question,\u00a0 in-house and resurrect the third channel. <strong><em>If this is not possible, the board has to be sent for repairs and the third channel won&#8217;t be available for some time.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>We will try to reconfigure the system as a two channel instrument so that 2H can be revived again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Further updates will be forthcoming.<\/p>\n<p>NMR Facility Manager<\/p>\n<p>9\/20\/2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>One of the RF channels is down.\u00a0 The consequence of this is as follows : 2H NMR will not be functional now.
