INSTRUMENT LOGBOOKS REVAMPED.."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dear Users<\/p>\n<p>This is a brief update on the topic of\u00a0 flaky Logbook behavior.\u00a0 Thanks to the immediate efforts of our department IT support,\u00a0 the Logbooks are back in action.<\/p>\n<p>Here is a quick link to the Logbooks that you can bookmark : <a href=\"https:\/\/depts.washington.edu\/chemwp\/chemwpnmr\/equipment-logs\/\">https:\/\/depts.washington.edu\/chemwp\/chemwpnmr\/equipment-logs\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>What more, there are two additional features I want to highlight :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>You no longer need a UWNetid based authentication to enter your comments, as long as the computer you use to access the Logbooks is within the Chemistry Department network space.\u00a0 In other words,\u00a0 it has to be connected to a wall ethernet anywhere in the building (as of now).\u00a0 <em>We will explore a solution to include wifi subnet in the near future.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>You can now upload a picture along with your text comment.\u00a0 Many a time you have taken a snap of the desktop or the instrument vicinity with your cellphone to communicate the issues with us by email in the past.\u00a0 Now, you can attach those pictures straight within the Logbook.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hope you find these new features useful.<\/p>\n<p>Feel free to give your feedback on these.<\/p>\n<p>NMR Facility Manager<\/p>\n<p>2\/2\/2021<\/p>\n<p><input id=\"idg-io-safe-browsing-enabled\" type=\"hidden\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear Users This is a brief update on the topic of\u00a0 flaky Logbook behavior.\u00a0 Thanks to the immediate efforts of our department IT support,\u00a0 the Logbooks are back in action.
