UDRIVE OUTAGE &#8211; PLEASE READ&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dear Users<\/p>\n<h2>UDRIVE OUTAGE AND NMR INSTRUMENTS:<\/h2>\n<p>UW and Chem IT has informed us that there is a problem with UDRIVE cloud storage and this will be impacting everyone who uses UDRIVE for storage.\u00a0 This means that the following instruments : <strong>AV300, AV301 and AV500<\/strong> <strong>will be directly impacted by this.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We do have a fallback solution in place when a rare event like this occurs.<\/p>\n<h2>What this means to you ?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0You won&#8217;t notice anything material when you login and run your NMR experiments.<\/li>\n<li>The data you create will be redirected to a local storage on the respective machines.<\/li>\n<li>These data will be available later for download from our FTP server : <strong>phoenix.chem.washington.edu<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>PLEASE NOTE:<\/h2>\n<p>I will follow this post with some more information about how you can access the data you create until the UDRIVE problem is resolved by UW-IT.<\/p>\n<p>As of now we haven&#8217;t received any estimate as to when the problem will be resolved.
