AV301 :  PROBE SWITCHED TO TXD-1H (13C,19F)  &#8211; NO GRADIENTS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dear Users<\/p>\n<p>As I announced last week, the ailing ATMA probe has been pulled out and in its place, the good old TXD probe is placed and primed up.\u00a0\u00a0 This probe has <strong>three dedicated channels for 1H, 13C and 19F.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>THIS IS NOT A BROADBAND PROBE !<\/h2>\n<p>This means that you cannot observe anything other than the above three nuclei.<\/p>\n<h2>THERE IS NO Z-GRADIENT !<\/h2>\n<p>The consequence is that you must :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>load the standard shim file first :\u00a0 <em>rsh stdtxd<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Spin the sample <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Touch up at least the Z and Z2 shims<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are putting all possible efforts to fix the PABBI\u00a0 probehead that can do Automatic Tuning and Matching as well as Gradient shimming.<\/p>\n<p>As soon as that probe is ready for use, it will get back in action, rest assured.<\/p>\n<p>NMR Facility Manager<\/p>\n<p>11\/9\/2021<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear Users As I announced last week, the ailing ATMA probe has been pulled out and in its place, the good old TXD probe is placed and primed up.\u00a0\u00a0 This probe has three dedicated channels for 1H, 13C and 19F.
