NEW 500 NMR SYSTEM INSTALLATION SCHEDULED FOR NEXT WEEK"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dear Users<\/p>\n<p>This is in continuation of the announcement I made sometime ago about the imminent arrival of a brand new 500 MHz NMR spectrometer to our facility.<\/p>\n<p>Starting the afternoon of tomorrow, Friday the 3rd, a series of events will take place :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The AV500 CONSOLE will be shut down and retired permanently (<em>the current TBI probe in the magnet will remain there for the present<\/em>)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>GG500 console will be relocated and paired with the magnet that was serving AV500 all these years.\u00a0 As of now, the system will run with the TBI probe<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Beginning next week, the brand new NEO500 NMR console will be paired up with the magnet in Rm.33, which was originally serving GG500 (<em>The installation process will take several days, performed by a Bruker Engineer<\/em>)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We estimate that the GG500 in its new location should be ready for use not later than the middle of next week (conservative estimate)<\/p>\n<p>We will announce more details about the new system later.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s the rough road map as of today.<\/p>\n<p>Please send your comments are questions about these anytime.<\/p>\n<h2>NMR Facility Manager<\/h2>\n<p>2\/2\/2023<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear Users This is in continuation of the announcement I made sometime ago about the imminent arrival of a brand new 500 MHz NMR spectrometer to our facility.
