:  NEW WORKSTATION FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dear Users<\/p>\n<p>As you enter the NMR lab (Bagley, 37), you can now notice a computer next to the printer.\u00a0\u00a0 This is a new workstation running Windows 10 for your offline convenience.<\/p>\n<p>This is a Kiosk machine, which does <strong>not <\/strong>require any login and the desktop is available always.\u00a0 (If you feel bored enough to try Ctrl-Alt-Del, it will boot up and comeback to the same page !) .\u00a0 The web browser opens pre-populated with the following tabs :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our Chemistry webpage<\/li>\n<li>Chem NMR webpage<\/li>\n<li>Quickly accessible PDF version of Lab Safety Manual from EH&amp;S<\/li>\n<li>The LSM web page of EH&amp;S<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I hope you find the workstation useful with the following :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Access the NMR Reservation page for instruments<\/li>\n<li>Download data via the FileZilla FTP server that is preinstalled<\/li>\n<li>Process the downloaded data with Topspin that is preinstalled<\/li>\n<li>Process the data using MNova that is preinstalled<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Below are some screenshots.\u00a0 If you need further help with the workstation, please contact either Adrienne or me.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Important Points to Note :\u00a0 <\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Please treat the storage space in this machine as STRICTLY TEMPORARY !\u00a0 A script will periodically clean up Data that you download, from the machine. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>DO NOT download\/store any personalized data\/information from the web.\u00a0 All the usual restrictions, expectations and policies in using University of Washington Computer resources APPLY HERE AS WELL.\u00a0 <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washington.edu\/admin\/rules\/policies\/APS\/47.02.html\">Please consult the following link to keep yourself updated of the same.<\/a> <\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Do not attempt to download\/install any software without prior approval (<em>just to save you time, even if you attempt that, you will be blocked by requiring Administrative
