GG500 and NEO500 &#8211;  PLEASE NOTE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dear Users<\/p>\n<p>This is the latest on both the 500 systems.\u00a0 Please note and plan accordingly.<\/p>\n<h2>GG500<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>GG500<\/strong> will continue to serve you with the <em><strong>iProbe<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>that has been in place.\u00a0 <strong>This probe will NOT be removed right now.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Until the Prodigy Probe is back to normal state,\u00a0 GG500 will <strong>continuously<\/strong> operate on <strong>IconNMR Automation<\/strong> Mode, seven days a week.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>NEO500<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>We are running additional\u00a0 tests to see if the Prodigy cryoprobe can be revived, albeit a low probability of success with that attempt.\u00a0\u00a0 In that fortunate turn of events, NEO500 will be released for full scale Automation mode after further testing and optimization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">OR<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>If the probe indicates that it has to go to the maker,\u00a0 then we will replace it with a room temperature (RT) double resonance probe, <strong>without ATMA<\/strong> capability. But, it <strong>will work with Topshim<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>With the RT probe in place, this system will switch to fully manual operation (<strong>no IconNMR<\/strong>).\u00a0 You have to reserve time on the instrument calendar as you are used to doing with other instruments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Final Point :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>With either of the scenarios above,\u00a0 it won&#8217;t be until Monday the 7th, before NEO500 is released for regular use.<\/li>\n<li>GG500 is already released for use today and you can start submitting samples for the IconNMR Automation queue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>NMR Facility<\/h2>\n<p>4\/4\/25<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear Users This is the latest on both the 500 systems.\u00a0 Please note and plan accordingly.
