NEO500 &#8211; PROBE CHANGED TO TXO-19F{1H,13C} &#8211; PLEASE NOTE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dear Users<\/p>\n<p>The previous TBI probe had to be removed for a service operation, and I have placed the <strong>TXO-19F PROBE<\/strong> for the present as an alternative.\u00a0 Please note the following :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Nuclei<\/strong> :\u00a0<strong>19F, 1H and 13C<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>You can run 1H decoupled 19F experiments<\/li>\n<li>To switch between 19F and 13C, a cable swap is needed (<strong>please ask for my help<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<li>By default, the system will be connected to run <strong>1H and 13C.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Feel free to contact me if you want to run 19F and I will show you how &#8211; its a simple process.<\/li>\n<li>The pulse widths for the\u00a0<strong>1H and 19F<\/strong>\u00a0are optimized.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>TODO :<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>I am yet to complete the optimization of the shim matrix, and so Topshim will throw out errors.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Workaround:\u00a0<\/strong> Please apply the same simple low order hand shimming process that you use in 300, here also.
