This continues the report on Racial Restrictive Covenants. See Part 1: Interactive Map of 37,000 Seattle and King County properties. Here we provide downloadable copies of the restriction documents. They begin below the map which shows the locations of the 620 subdivisions that were affected by racist restrictions.

The list is organized by county zone, then city, then neighborhood. Seattle is divided into four zones. Some of the documents are samples consisting of the subdivision/plat map and one or two deeds showing restrictions. In other cases we have found a Declaration of Restrictions in a plat map or associated document that legally covered all properties in the subdivison.
