Topography tools in the *topotools* module
------------------------------------------

The module `$CLAW/geoclaw/src/python/geoclaw/topotools.py` contains a number
of tools for manipulating and plotting topography data.

The file `$CLAW/geoclaw/tests/test_topotools.py` contains some tests of these
tools.  Looking at these test routines will give some ideas on how to use
them.
