EARLY REGISTRATION (Before Oct 11th)	$300 (US)
REGULAR REGISTRATION (After Oct 11th)	$400 (US)
STUDENT REGISTRATION	$125 (US)

Registration is now taking place only on-site at the conference. During the run of the conference, registration is on the second floor of the W Seattle Hotel in the prefunction area.
