Biography

Kemp Nicklin, CAIA, joined Rotella Capital Management in 2009 as a quantitative research analyst. He is an expert in leveraging R and other programming languages to complete large scale quantitative finance simulations. This work facilitates the automated trading of equities and futures contracts over small timeframes. Kemp possesses the CAIA charter from the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association and holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both Applied and Computational Mathematical Sciences as well as Economics from the University of Washington. Kemp also holds a Master of Science degree in Computational Finance and Risk Management from the University of Washington.
