Research and Service<\/h3>\n

CFRM faculty and graduate students are available on a limited basis for research, modeling work, software development, and other activities with an academic component. \u00a0Instead of working on hypothetical problems and artificial data sets, we can use real-world problems as an educational tool and share those results with you.<\/p>\n

Employment and Internships<\/h3>\n

Our students are available for organized internships and job opportunities<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Sponsorship Opportunities<\/h3>\n

We participate in a limited number of professional societies and computational finance-related conferences and events each year. \u00a0Additionally, our student and alumni network reaches hundreds of professionals in quantitative and computational finance who may be interested in relevant activities. \u00a0If your organization or event would like our support, please contact us to discuss how we can help.<\/p>\n

Our programs are fully self-sustaining, meaning that we receive no budget allocation from UW or other\u00a0state funds. \u00a0Apart from donations and sponsored activities, all other activities are directly funded by student fees. \u00a0Your contributions to student financial aid, operating expenses, or other projects help to expand our offerings without increasing costs for students.<\/p>\n
