Clinical Residency in Laboratory Animal Medicine
Application Procedure & Trainee Selection

The University of Washington Laboratory Animal Medicine Training Program will participate in the matching program administered by the American Association of Veterinary Clinicians (AAVC).  Applicants must submit their applications and have required materials uploaded to the Veterinary Internship and Residency Matching Progarm (VIRMP) site between October 15, 2013 and November 3, 2013*. Applicants must rank the programs in which they have interest no later than January 10, 2014.  Match results will be posted on February 3, 2014. *Important Note:  The application deadline for laboratory animal/comparative medicine training programs is earlier than other internship and residency programs to ensure sufficient time for programs to schedule interviews with prospective candidates.
