Lee\u2019s research is in the field of Computer Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW) where she focus on the collaborative development of information infrastructures for diverse stakeholders. Her approaches blend aspects of Human-Computer Interaction, Design Studies, Organization Science, and Science and Technology Studies. Her research interests include understanding both the factors that influence organizational resilience, as well as those that influence individual psychological resilience, and the interplay between the two. Sam is currently the COO of a Seattle startup that develops technology to enable remote work, play, and collaboration. His research interests include values in design, consumerization, digital money, innovation methodologies, and resistance.
