To obtain a file, first right-click, and then choose 'Save As' to save the file to your computer.

Xpression
---------

Depending on your system capabilites, the following versions of Xpression are available:

*   `Xpression GUI <https://bitbucket.org/clparallel/xpression.stable/src/tip/gui/Xpression.jar>`_ -- Unux-like systems, such as Linux

*   `Xpression VE <https://bitbucket.org/clparallel/xpression.stable/downloads/Xpression+RNAseq+analysis+pipeline.ova>`_ -- Complete Linux system configured to run Xpression GUI from any system

*   `Install Xpression <.https://bitbucket.org/clparallel/xpression.stable/src/tip/Xpression_install.sh>`_ -- Automatic supporting-software installation script

*   `Xpression MacOS <https://bitbucket.org/clparallel/xpression.stable/src/tip/gui/Xpression.sh>`_ -- Compatibility script needed to run Xpression GUI on MacOSX. You will also need the GUI itself, in the same directory as the script.

*   `Xpression AMI <https://aws.amazon.com/amis/xpression-rna-seq-pipeline>`_ -- Amazon machine image to be run on Amazon web services
