The popup service on server Boris crashed today at 4:06 and was resolved at 4:10. All services are up and running again.

The popup service on server Boris crashed today at 4:06 and was resolved at 4:10. All services are up and running again.
We had a short outage today that brought our services down until a few minutes after 8am. All services are back to normal.
All print and copy services are back to normal.
printing services were down this morning from 4am to 9am.
We had a momentary failure of our Popup service on Natasha which resulted in computers not being able to send jobs to library printers. These services have been restored and all systems are now running normally.
There have been no major outages affecting users in the last two weeks.
Servers were down 2:32 to 2:37. All systems are now up and running.
We had to restart our servers this morning. Expected downtime is 5 minutes.
