While the\u00a0pursuit\u00a0of Memex on technology&#8217;s side shows its fruits today, it is still unproven if today&#8217;s digital artifacts properly realize Bush&#8217;s insight into how human think.\u00a0This project suggests\u00a0<em>mmx<\/em>,\u00a0a conceptual system\u00a0that supports thought process\u00a0in non-intrusive augmented vision.<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_10_1_1_1400571151976_780\" style=\"color: #000000\">Visualizing human thinking process as the\u00a0linkage\u00a0of \u201c<strong>Knowledge Nodes<\/strong>,\u201d\u00a0<em>mmx<\/em>\u00a0helps tracking, linking, rearranging, and sharing of Knowledge Nodes to amplify personal and collective\u00a0knowledge.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This project revisits\u00a0Memex, a\u00a0hypothetical\u00a0knowledge storage that Vannevar Bush suggested in 1945 and traces\u00a0its trajectory in the perspective of interaction design.
