Affiliates should contact a core director to discuss their needs and the prospective costs of core services for their project. You will also need to provide an account for invoicing of chargeback fees. Research scientists, residents, fellows, and students are not eligible. The defining criterion is that applicants must be eligible to be the Principal Investigator on an NIH grant. Normally this means at least an Acting Instructor appointment in most departments.
