The award was announced by <a href=\"https:\/\/newsroom.uw.edu\/news\/uw-teams-artificial-kidney-prototype-earns-major-prize\">KidneyX<\/a>, a partner with the American Society of Nephrology and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
