In support of the University of Washington goals, the Samuel E. The Samuel E. Kelly Ethnic Cultural Center provides programs and a learning environment where students and student organizations collaborate, develop, and implement programs while building leadership and organizational skills.
The Kelly ECC is currently hiring for all student positions for the 2019-2010 academic year.

Student Positions at the Kelly Ethnic Cultural Center
Graduate Student Assistant | Student Development Coordinator
This position is responsible for assisting the Kelly ECC Leadership Team with high quality work pertaining to programming, advising, and administrative tasks.
This position provides crucial support for the professional staff by assisting with the coordination of daily operations of the Kelly ECC facility during specified working hours.
Event Services Assistant
This position provides support for events that occur within the Kelly ECC. Duties include customer service support, coordination of event service equipment, and the setup and cleaning of event spaces.
This position provides graphic design support to Kelly ECC staff with hard and soft copy products, including web sites, posters, brochures and etc.
This position is in charge of supporting full time staff with administrative tasks, planning, and budgeting.
This position will be part of the Kelly ECC reservations team and will provide crucial support in the reservations process. Some duties include customer service support, processing reservations, scheduling events, and managing budgets and finances.
This position provides customer service, meets and greets all incoming guests. Provides guests with A/V equipment and supplies.
Social Media Coordinator
This position is responsible for the overall support of technology and web-based and social media promotions for the Kelly ECC.
Student Leadership Programs Assistant
This position is responsible for assisting the ECC Leadership Programs team with ECC leadership event planning and execution, maintaining the Leadership Lab, and more.
Student Positions at the Ethnic Cultural Theatre
This position will become the intermediary between the reservations office and theatre, assisting with reservations coordination and preparation of the theatre for events and operations.
Theatre technicians are responsible for overseeing all on-site aspects of an event and will obtain a comprehensive knowledge of the Kelly ECC and Theatre facilities and operations.

2 LWB Program Assistants
The focus for the LWB Program Assistants are primarily to conduct innovative programs that ensure that the center is meeting the needs of students and addressing a variety of barriers that undocumented students face.
