The registration fee includes attendance at all conference activities, conference materials, two lunches, and refreshment breaks.

* Two or more persons from same organization, registering at the same time, in either the Early Bird or Standard, Full Registration Category. Fee is per person.

**Elder friendly rate is open to attendees age 65 and over.

*** Full-time, currently enrolled student. Please show student ID at check-in during conference.

Continuing Education Units

Conference officials will provide signed certificates of participation to conference participants. Certificates will show completion of this educational conference along with the number of conference content hours. This certificate may be used as documentation for your application for CEUs or clock hours. Attendees are advised to check in with their professional organization for details on applying for credit.

Photographs may be taken throughout the event. These photographs may be posted on University of Washington social media or websites. If you do not want your photograph taken or your image used, please notify one of the conference organizers.


2017 Cancellation Policy

Individual attendee:    Notice of conference registration cancellation must be received by September 4, 2017. All registration fees will be refunded, less a $50 administrative fee, for cancellations received by this date. We regret that we are unable to refund fees for cancellations after this date. Sponsorship:  Conference Sponsorship cancellation policy:  In the event that an organization must cancel their participation and sponsorship, a charge will apply to defray costs. On or before August 15, 2017 the charge will be 25% of the total sponsorship fee. No refunds will be given after August 15, 2017.
