Sponsorship Cancellation: Conference Sponsorship cancellation policy: In the event that an organization must cancel their participation and sponsorship, a charge will apply to defray costs. On or before August 15, 2017 the charge will be 25% of the total sponsorship fee. No refunds will be given after August 15, 2017.
