It was developed to offer a concrete response to partner-identified priorities of more training in research proposal, data analysis, and manuscript writing, as well as to ensure data generated from EFGH is equitably utilized by both investigators from LMIC institutions and US\/UK institutions.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Program Aims:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Promote the use of existing EFGH data by early career LMIC researchers within the consortium &amp; support them to publish first-authored manuscripts<\/li>\n<li>Provide tailored data analysis\/proposal\/manuscript writing mentorship<\/li>\n<li>Support presentation of EFGH findings at international conferences<\/li>\n<li>Build a strong professional network of early career EFGH researchers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Program Inputs &amp; Outputs<\/h3>\n<h4>Inputs<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Monthly cohort meetings with didactic training and one-on-support<\/li>\n<li>Mentor and project matching<\/li>\n<li>Data analysis support &amp;
