beginning of each term.

- For extra credits, or to explore a topic: 1 or
2-credit PHYS 600 course:

add a credit to reach half-time student status, or those who
just want to explore a topic of interest, may register for a
1 or 2 credit independent study course offered each term,
including Summer Quarter. See this

You need to be registered for at least 1 credit in the term
you graduate, and you need to notify the Graduate Advisor in the

at least 2 weeks before
your planned final exam date.
