We will post their contact information (with their permission) as they establish clinics across the country. Please note these clinics are independent of the Washington State FAS Diagnostic & Prevention Network of clinics. The list of clinics below is not a comprehensive list of ALL clinics. It represents clinics we are aware of. We invite interdisciplinary FASD diagnostic clinics using the FASD 4-Digit Code to post their contract information on this website, to facilitate families nationwide seeking FASD diagnostic services. Individuals seeking FASD diagnostic services are welcome to email us. You may also find the NOFAS national website helpful. |
