The LSRII database was corrupted and a new database had to be installed. All .fcs data files ware backed up on the server before installing the new database. However, all experiments within the database could not be backed up.
If you saved an experiment template you can import that into the new database. If not, you will need to create a new experiment.
We can import instrument settings from a previous experiment using one of the .fcs data files by coping that file to the LSRII and importing it into a new experiment.
