Orly Stampfer

Orly Stampfer is a PhD candidate in the Department of Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences at University of Washington. Orly is also a student in the graduate certificate program in American Indian and Indigenous Studies, and is a student in the Qualitative Multi-Method Research Program. They graduated with an MPH in Environmental Health in 2018. Orly is interested in environmental health research partnerships where the research addresses community priorities. Orly’s dissertation research focuses on indoor and outdoor air pollution, the use of low-cost air pollution sensors, and building collaborative research partnerships. Orly currently works with the Air Pollution Exposure and Brain Development in Children (ABC) study in Nairobi, Kenya, focusing on air pollution measurements.
