7.1 Example 1: Child with trisomy 21

  Year 3: Stature-for-age was below the 5th percentile.
  Year 3: Weight-for-age was between the 25th and 50th percentiles at age 38 months.
  Year 3: After intervention, weight-for-age was at the 25th percentile.
