9. Plotting Measurements

A straight edge, right angle triangle or commercially available plotting aid is recommended to locate the intersecting point of the axis values.

Plotting on a chart   Check

 Plot the weight measurement on the growth chart appropriate for age and sex
  Check

 For accurate plotting of measurements use a plotting aid such as a straightedge
