Clifasefi and\u00a0Collins\u00a0went to the White House to share with President Obama\u2019s senior policy advisers and delegates from across the county their program evaluation on a harm-reduction approach to criminal justice: the Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion Program (LEAD).
