On the Future Health Scenarios team, Dr. Yuan\u2019s research identifies patterns in the historical dynamics of health determinants and estimates how health determinants may evolve globally if these patterns persist. His work emphasizes constrained optimization and constrained dynamical systems.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Yuan joined IHME in 2025 as a Postdoctoral Scholar on the Future Health Scenarios team.
