Less Stress Box

In the midst of midterm/final season, it becomes especially important to practice self-care! This week we reflected on some ways residents practice self-care, like:


  • Talking with Friends
  • Getting enough sleep
  • Listening to music
  • Drawing/Writing/Journaling
  • Going for walks and exploring campus
