Jeff will show you how to replace all or some of your lawn with an easy-to-maintain eco-friendly gravel garden. Gravel gardens require little water, no fertilizer or other chemicals, no organic mulches & require less time & money to maintain. This garden system utilizes drought tolerant perennials, most of which are natives that support native fauna. Jeff Epping holds a bachelor’s & master’s degree in Ornamental Horticulture. He started Epping Design & Consulting in 2009 & recently retired after 28 years serving as Director of Horticulture at Olbrich Botanical Gardens in Madison, Wisconsin.
