    Cost: $10, register by phone or email (limited to 15 participants). The variety of trees present is amazing: 209 kinds are cited in Trees of Seattle (over 280 exist). Many shrubs & vines also exist. See rare plants, late flowers, early autumnal leaf color & diverse fruits & seeds. Led by Arthur Lee Jacobson, a renowned local expert on trees. Free for children 7 & under(accompanied by adults). 42 varieties of apple trees & 3 varieties of crab apples available for sale. Also pears & quince. Demos, apple ID, Master Gardeners available & Tree Walk. All proceeds support Garden programs. NO parking at UBC Botanical Garden. Please park at the West Parkade or Fraser River Parkade. There are free shuttle bus beginning 9:30 AM & running every 15 minutes. Dogs are not permitted in the Garden.
