Christopher Brickell; DK Publishing, 1996) indicates that <em>Ranunculus ficaria<\/em> (now known as <em>Ficaria verna<\/em>) spreads a foot or more, but the <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20231216113844\/http:\/\/www.paghat.com\/ranunculusficaria.html\">following information,<\/a> from a local gardener (Paghat) who grows several cultivars of this plant, suggests that &#8220;more&#8221; may be quite a bit more.
