The DMAR project is a collaborative effort that involves the input of those this project seeks to help \u2014 older adults with dementia and their family caregivers. Together, in collaboration with our partners, we will develop a tool to identify older adult preferences related to their transitions in supportive care. We are adapting the tool as we gather feedback from study participants and DMAR Community Advisory Board members. The DMAR Community Board includes individuals and experts from the community, community-based organizations, and academic departments.<\/p>\n
Feedback from and collaboration with our project partners are essential to creating a tool that will be accessible to people with dementia given their unique needs.<\/p>\n
