Hilary Karasz, teaches in the COPHP program and health promotion and communication in the Executive MPH program. She has a particular interest in mobile health. She studies the use of technologies such as text messaging to bridge communication gaps and reduce inequities across our King County communities. She is also a faculty researcher at the Northwest Center for Public Health practice where she conducts research in emergency communications.
